It seems like the new S4s are very slow for some reason. I think the fact that it doesn't come turbocharged anymore is a big issue.

 

The new V8 ones are MUCH quicker than the old turbo V6 cars, lol. I wasn't aware low-mid 13 sec cars were slow. I guess everyone here w/ a stock/near stock S197 has a slow car.....

 

ye ahahaah the new s4's have 4.2 v8s, and they humm.....my dad had a 01 A8L witht e v8 4.2 in it we rana few cars in it and smoked em, we even hit 141mph with it..car was a rocket shippp

Yeah, don't get me wrong, I LOVE the E46 M3. Moer than the new one, actually. It's such a well-rounded car, espec for the money. I've been giving some thought into buying one of those over a G37. Idk, we'll see....

 

I sat in the G37S at the auto show... it was probably one of the most comfortable cars there, there arethree cars I sat in at the auto show that really took my breath away when I sat down and gripped the wheel ( as far as seating position and overall feel)

one of which was the the CTS base model.... the second being the new jaguar XJR... and the last being the G37

I looove the look of the new XJ's though... IMO one of the better looking luxury cars out there... but that is just my tastes, I love the old jag look

 

^^^ god I would do naughty things to that.... that is one luxury car I would spend 80K on and be happy about... dare I say I would buy it over the Z06, I'm serious about that too lol

 

Yeah, the new XJ is painfully gorgeous. Nothing like that Old World luxury....
