I have been looking to run anything just to get a baseline on the car. I still havent had a chance to race anything.
MorbidIntentions and I were supposed to race and get it on video, but we live almost an 1.5 hours away from each other. So, it had been dificult to not only find time in between snow, but also work schedules.

this summer the lincolon will be garaged at ray weigans untill the snow hits the ground again... I know it's not a fair race but I do have a stock LS2 GTO you can run lol ( just to get a baseline and whatnot)

I would love to race the GTO. That would be bad ***. And I would love to launch on you and hold a few gears and then see your tear around me. That would be fun.
You should get the STS turbo kit. Isaw a 5.7 GTO drive by last week with an STS turbo kit. It sounded like sex. I was drooling. I couldnt believe how loud the spooling was in person. That was the first time I had experienced that. It was like my first orgasm.
Lets set it up.

You should get the STS turbo kit. Isaw a 5.7 GTO drive by last week with an STS turbo kit. It sounded like sex. I was drooling. I couldnt believe how loud the spooling was in person. That was the first time I had experienced that. It was like my first orgasm.

although my first wave of mods is going to be trying to get the best 1/4 mile time with it without touching the motor, I also will be auto X'ing it this summer so my first mods will be an adjustable rear sway bar, adjustable rear shocks and struts, a strut tower brace, drag bags and a set of DR's
I will try to swing all of this this summer, it's going to be stock here for awhile though

I'm not out to be the best of the best, I'm just looking to have fun... and the autoX group I'm entering in has classes based on engine size, tire width,N/A orF/Isetup and mods, so when I auto X I will be running again things like mustang GT's and dodge LX cars
actually the fastest cars at these things are the 1.6L or lower with FIclass... turbo miata's dominate [&:][>:]

Yeah, they def handle more nicely than a New Edge or f-Body, I'll give you that. Since it's so structured, it won't bebad. All the events we have hear are only broken down into like two classes.[>:]And yeah, Miatas are autoX monsters. I'd love to have an S2K built for it.....

actually the GTO isa great handling car sitting next to other american muscle cars... one of the reasons I bought it (once you go IRS you never go back IMO)
