S/C V6

and you can run 11PSI on the stock v6 internals but you need an aftercooler.
and just to open a can-of-worms the truth is the Essex v6 has a stronger block than the Modular v8.

an aftercooler is between the poweradder and intake, and intercooler is before the power-adder. both terms are used loosely. i would go with an air-to-air 2-core aftercooler
Technically an intercooler would go between two forms of a supercharger, so the air would go through the first turbo, then through the intercooler, then through the other turbo. For some reason I got an aftercooler stuck in my head as another name for an air/water aftercooler & call the air/air aftercoolers intercoolers. I think it's all of the products that got me to think the name intercooler. You never read "front mount aftercooler" instead it's always "front mount intercooler." You'll probably see me calling them intercoolers for quite a while. My mistake. I prefer the the air/air aftercoolers myself. [&:]
You gotta admit, intercooler sounds better

That cam is WAY too big, i'll be surprised if you can get that thing to idle correctly. I'm assuming this guy has a 99+ mustang, so therefore I would also assume he's got split port intakes. This does not require a huge cam like the one mentioned. One of my new 206 cams, would be more than enough for this guy and it would idle extremely well and with this mod alone could top him to about 210rwhp on a stock 99+.

11's in the 1/4 is going to need fully ported heads, intakes, 11psi procharger dialed in for 18-20 psi 42's-60's with MAF and chip along with a cam with about 240dur @.050" lift and .560" valve lift,MAC offroad H with full 2.5"duals with at least 3.73's with an auburn LSD and TA perf girdle.
also forged 9.5:1 ross pistons eagle I's or H's with a top and bottom stud kit with main girdle and posibly o-ring heads
i'm shootin for high 12's with my new combo which is milder than what i just listed

i have built a few buicks with similar or bigger cams and had no real idle problems. yes a 3000stall is needed and 3.73-4.56 gears are needed but nonetheless the cam is needed to utilize 20 psi to the fullest from an inefficient @20psi procharger or vortech V-2
here is a link for a guy with a split port 11psi procharger system in his 94 with a stock 2000 engine

309 rwhp ain't nothing to sneeze at from a stock internal and cam 3.8
