4vs and v6s are different, so you're comparing apples to oranges. With full bolt-ons and ssm heads I gained 8hp from lts all the way up in the rpm range, and to me it sounded worse. Not worth the headache and hassle to me.

Do you have any dyno numbers, or are you simply
defending lt's because they "feel" faster?

The 12.47 pass was made on a 275 50 15 MT e.t street. 1.64 60'.

Dont talk to me about dyno numbers unless you can provide the same side by side numbers on the same dyno the same day with the same AFR's and tune and temp and blah blah blah everything.

I hate that crap, whenever someone gets pissy about what THEY think something should make they always demand dyno numbers but can never provide their own either.

8rwhp is a worth while gain, why the heck would you remove them? Was the 8rwhp over stock manifolds and stock single exhaust or did you have a different midpipe (Or divorced) and duals? What are the full bolt ons? What stage SSM heads? Intakes?
Was the car tuned or was that everything on the stock tune? Did you have a cam? Specs?

There are a lot of factors that go into how well each part performs but 8rwhp is worth it to me, especially if it was over a dual exhaust system system like my custom setup.

Thank you.

Now that seems like a hell of a gain for something that supposedly doesn't work.

Its such a strong gain in fact that things like humidity and temp and track surface and launch and tires really don't make up enough to say that those could have been a deciding factor without him knowing it.

I love when people are so close minded they swear by only their set up... as if nothing else matters ro could EVER work... or heaven forbid make more power than them.
