When I bought my truck, before I showed my parents, I already ordered the tires from the tire shop. Best 2 grand I ever spent.

These tires chew. On ice they are a little iffy though.

 

I remember one time going up to Tahoe from Sacramento and it was raining.
I was climbing a hill doing about 65 when I went over an area where runoff was cutting over the highway.

I fishtailed like crazy, reached down and flipped 4-Hi on and immediately she went straight again. Stayed on 4-Hi for the rest of the trip up. lol

 

Whelp, my car is going to her new owner tonight.
I hope he takes good care of her.

In happy news, I bought a camper tonight.

76 Nomad, 19.5ft tandem axle, fridge, stove, double sink, 3 pc bathroom, sleeps 6. Also has an awning.




Needs new tires, and a minor roof leak fixed.
Paid 2k, listed at 2.4.

Thinking of just doing a repaint but change the greens to black/orange or red. I think red cause it'll match the truck.... but orange is nice too... i hate decisions.

My 2001, the kid couldnt pick it up last week because I didnt have my title yet. I thought he was going to get it last night and even offered to drive it to him and now he said 6pm today.
