Last week I purchased a 2012 Mustang in Grabber Blue with the Performance Package. So far I am loving it. I just have a couple of questions, and I apologize if they have been answered elsewhere.

First, I am going to get my windows tinted this week. I have an appointment Friday. The legal limit here is 32%. I want to do them as dark as possible without giving me any problems at inspection time. There is a very tiny amount of factory tint installed already. Is it dark enough that 35% tint will take me below 32% or will I be ok with that?

Second, It has the base radio installed which sounds horrible since I am used to have a nice setup with amplified components and a subwoofer. Can you fit 6.5" speakers up front with just an adapter plate or will that take a little modifying? Also where do people have their tweeters installed that do have components?

I appreciate any help you guys can give me. Reading through some posts I'm sure I'm gonna like it here.

Thanks, sticker is gone. I took that pic right when I got home from the dealership. The sticker came off 10 mins later. I also got my Windows tinted today, just asked them to go as dark as possible legally. They said it was metering at 33.6%. Looks pretty nice, I also had them do a visor strip on the windshield with 20% and come down 2" under the AS1 line.

I'm still curious on the front speakers though. I may just order some nice 6x8's to put in there, that would be a little easier. I was looking at the Rockford Fosgate Power series 6x8's. If anyone has any other suggestions I'd love to hear them.
