heads, intake, and cam in that order.

AFTER, full exhaust, suspension mods, gears, and a good tire.

and fuel mods, and a TB, MAF, injectors, etc etc.

most people that do just the cam to a stock motor have done a little bit of work on the exhaust ports

If its a street car that wont ever see the track, id do AFR 165's and a Holley systemax 2 intake... and leave the stock cam in there

Buy the heads now, put them in a closet and save them till you have the money for the cam.It will save you time and money down the road. Everyone forgets about the money it cost for fluids and gaskets to do it twice.
