Actually no, none of the bags went off. I have the side bags also. Maybe it was because I hit rear end first at an angle, tried to stabilize so it wouldn't spin again and the front left corner hit the rail. If the bag(s) were supposed to go off, then I'm a little concerned.

Those pictures don't seem airbag deployment worthy. Are you sore from the impact?

I did impact hard and got jerked around, so I'm just a little sore but it's not all that bad. Then again I haven't gone outside into the cold yet I can say first hand though, the bucket seat and seat belt kept me nestled tight during the spin(s) and impact.

I spoke with the body shop today. The first person I spoke with didn't understand English very well and didn't know what I was asking. I spoke with another person, they understood that I wanted to use my choice of body part/front fascia and said she had to talk with her manager and see what they could do. They sound like a pretty straight forward shop.. I hope they can help me out.

GT500 conversion looks sweet but is probably going to be out of my price range since the hood isn't damaged. I've been looking at the Steeda or the Roush and can't decide. IMO the Steeda front fascia looks better and I am not as fond of the Roush rear end and will probably just repair it as is. Plus the Roush rear would require changes to the exhaust and will be pricey also.

That'll buff right out! You northerners should have snow tires or a winter beater. I can't imagine trying to drive my car in the snow.

I did finally hear back from insurance. The damages are roughly around $4900 for repairs. Bumpers, fender, headlight, 1/4 panel will be replaced and the driver door can be repaired. She could not tell any mechanical damage but will let insurance know if anything arises. I doubt there was anything damaged.

The body shop did get back to me and wanted me to email me the links to the parts I wanted so they can determine if the quality would suit their needs. I'm sure Roush will be fine. I haven't discussed pricing with them yet though.. and how much they would charge to paint.

I decided to go with Roush. I will go with the classic look with a touch of aggressiveness and go from there. Someday, maybe (lol) if I become rich, I want to buy a GT500 or whatever Shelby GT is out then, so I'll hold off on that for now.
