I hope he gets back to everyone that needs it. I got my stuff from him but he sent the wrong tunes. I have sent plenty of emails, but no dice. I might have to go to one of the other tune places to get something just so i can install this intake thats been sitting around for nearly a month now...

You can still contact your financial institution and have them contact Doug. That might help get the ball rolling a little faster. I have contacted Paypal and they will file a complaint also. The other thing is to contact the better buisness bureau in the state or county he lives in and file a complaint with them also this will help. His letter he wrote on Dec. 18 said his buisness will get better starting now. I consider that lying, just like his website said if I can't make you happy I will refund your money. I am still waiting on that!!!!!!! At least hire someone to answer the phone and take messages!!!!!!!! Doug are you listening????????????????? Someone stated Christmas he might be busy, I ordered my tune in September of 08 and it took 60 days to get it and it still wasn't right. Why did I waste my time waiting. Concerning the good feedback, must have been wrote when buisness was good.

Well I contacted Discover card today to see how long I have to dispute a charge. I was surprised to find that I have 90 days to dispute with them. Still...now I have to figure out how long I am willing to wait before deciding enough is enough.

What if he eventually does ship the product and the tunes are wrong? How long might I have to wait to get that corrected? There have been stories like that going around on the forums too.

Very torn about which way to go here. My preference would be to actually get my order but this isn't right. If he's in over his head he should put a notice on his website that says he won't accept anymore orders until he is caught up. Why take the orders if you can't fill them?

Well I think when someone sets up a website with rules he should abide by them. Taking more than 2 weeks to fill someone's order is not doing his job. I ordered my 3 tunes in September, I got them and they are not right as I stated earlier in my posts. That is 4 months, still no reply, no refund, and not even an email, and no phone. Now what kind of customer service is that! His past reputation is not doing the job either. While you other people are waiting at least call Liz at Blowbyracing and you will get what you pay for, (customer service with a phone), great product in a timely manner, and anything else the other guy has to offer. Maybe that will make up your mind. It only took them 2 days to email me a tune to fix my car, How about that service!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been through the problems that he has, it won't be fixed overnight, so I do have sympathy. But he can't keep doing buisness this way! I would like to talk to him in person and fix my problems. That would be getting my money back that he owes me for this junk he sent me. Quit waitiing when the money dries up that will get his attention, as long as he has yours he can take as long as he wants to get his head out of his rear.

I hope you get a response, this is beyond rediculous. This is how companies go OUT of business!

Seems like I can remember him being this slow forever. Who cares whats going on in his personal life. How is that the customers problem? That crap doesnt fly at my job, thats for sure. You take someones money, you deliver a product. End of story. I cant see why people keep giving this guy money. Brenspeed will deliver your tune in days and THEY answer the phone every time.

Has anyone heard from or received any items from Doug Studdard after December 20th or so? I've emailed him several times and no response and when I call there's no response either.

His silence does not inspire a lot of confidence and his past performance does not give him the right to take people's money and not deliver.

I just hope this thread serves as a warning to anyone thinking of doing business with Bamachips. I realize he has many friends here so if someone can contact him, please advise him to start refunding people's money or delivering the items before it gets worse.
