I definitely do. But I am sure the dealer knew all along that Ford engineering had to design and make a new tool.

If the dealer would have just communicated what was happening, they would have avoided making the OP feel like he was being brushed aside. In this case, because of the decision to not say what is going on and thus pissing off the OP, the dealer is the tool, a really big tool
