Can't figure out problem with mcleod twin plate clutch!!!

Pressure plate problems, surfaces dirty or had oil on them when installed, slave cylinder as mentioned above.

Bad part of all of this is once it has been slipping, and it sounds like it has, you most likely are going to end up with a new set of clutch disks at the minimum. Be sure all surfaces are clean and have been at least deglazed.

Be sure that flywheel gets resurfaced and checked for any warpage - same thing with the pressure plate.
