104 race fuel and advance timing?

Actually I'm on a total of 27 degrees 10 stock + 17 extra now that I have Methanol in the tank

First of all, i posted yesterday morning (I guess it didn't follow through) but my bad about the thread bump. I wasn't paying attention and was really tired, so I'm sorry for that. But actually I'm on 27 degrees total, and am about to start putting money into the car. Just had a friend tune me up a bit until I came across some money. Is that 27 degrees BEFORE the EEC adds timing?

14* timing, using higher octane race fuel is a waste unless you are running 14to1 compression
