first of all, you need a shorter belt
second, you have it routed wrong.
starting from the tensioner, and going clockwise, it should hit the AC-PS, WP, crank, then up to the alt.
Unload the tensioner all the way, or better yet, remove it completely. Measure (with string) around all the accessories the way I just listed, and get that length, or close to it belt (go longer not shorter)
and get a fan shroud... It'll help keep your car cooler, and keep all your fingers attached
