Default Running Lean KOER Code: 41 & 91

I have a stock 5.0L

Some pretty basic suspension upgrades.

I have shorty headers and a bbk o/r h-pipe which i put in 2 years ago with new o2 sensors.

Other then that nothing has been done to the engine other then minor tune ups and the uooer intake was taken apart, cleaned and properly put back together a year ago.

Im chasing a rough idle issue and i currently believe is causing this.

Any help is appriciated,

I have searched for the last 2 years for an idle leak and cannot find one. I have cleaned all major components,

Whats the usual cause of a code 41 and 91

Computer is reading a lean condition. Check fuel pressure(low). Vacum leaks.

Might be time to take it to a shop with a smoke machine.
