Look at the picture below and use it for reference. Get a flathead screwdriver, insert the tip of the screwdriver between the slot near the top of the wire loom
(thats inside the blue circle in the picture)
Once inserted, twist the screwdriver from a vertical to horizontal position and the top of the loom should pop open from the part thats actually cradling the plug wires.If one screwdriver wont open it,use a second screwdriver on the backside of the loom at the same location.

wbrockstar, Thank you for the help! I took a heat gun to warm them up.... They opened with ease none broke! Im still running stock wires without any problems, thought I should replace them after 25 years. I bought the ford racing ones in Black. Took a volt meter out to test, 2 are bad??? So didnt have the chance to replace them.....
