Bang for the buck....turbo
Most hp.....turbo
Drives like stock with no extra fuel while crusing....turbo

Or do what I'm doing, stroker, twin turbo and meth and be done with it

That always works lol. My eventual goal for my 93 is a turbo 351w....

Love the sig BTW...630hp is a joke

If a turbo is cheaper, I would like to know how. I am not being a smart-***, I just couldn't figure it out. For a street car anyways....

I gave 1759 for a vortech new. After pulleys, pipe and mondo valve, I got like2350 in mine. Makes plenty hp for a street car and I put it on in just a few hours.

On3 Turbo kit is what 1500? Then the y-pipe for another 200. Then from what my ricer buddies tell me, the parts in the kit are like e-bay parts. They consider a Master Power turbo an e-bay turbo. I could have got a good New Garrett 62-1 turbo from one of them for 500. But then I would be price wise right where I was with the supercharger. Would still have to address things like heat under the hood and wraping everything. And then I still wouldn't know how long the piping would last.

Supercharger was just less hassle all around and will probably last longer with less problems than the turbo kit.

always a good option

you can go the on3 route, b&g now makes a kit for $2000 or their tried and tested kit for $3000. can you get a sc for less, yes you can. can a base vortech make 500rwhp on a bone stock motor without ridiculous amounts of boost, no. too inefficient and they dont make full boost till 4500ish rpm. my turbo kit is at full boost by 3000rpm. you also have to remember that with a turbo kit, your getting a whole new exhaust system. with the sc, your getting just a sc

so far so good with my on3 turbo. i dont run one on my stang but i do run one on my DD 07 f150. no issues so far

projectresto, 630 was a joke. i was embarrassed to tell people thats all i made. as soon as i told some one that, the first thing they would say is it should be over 700rwhp. after blowing what i thought was a head gasket, i tore my motor apart. found the heads were damaged, the pistons were slapping side to side in the holes, one cylinder had a huge scratch in it, the block wasnt square decked, compression turned out to be only 8.5:1, two intake and 1 exhaust valves leaked, etc, etc. long story short, never let a friend build you a new motor. after all that its a miracle it made 630rwhp. if i dont see at least 800rwhp with the new motor im pushing the car off a cliff. but i think 9:1 to one, 333ci, heads ported to about max, custom cam thats degreed, all the machine work you can think of to the block and heads (plus a bunch of stuff ive never heard of doing), methanol injection and 18psi, i think i can get there. if not, snow makes this crap that is mostly nitro-methane that you can mix into the methanol that is supposed to be good for 30-50rwhp. im going to give it a try, cant hurt

I got a few years of fun out of it so no biggy. Is love to do 1000rwhp too. I'd have to change my kit up tho. Twin 67s and bigger down pipes. Or if I went single it would be an 88 with a split journal so I found run one of those diverted valves that closes half the turbo till it hits xpsi for faster spool. Have the exhaust exit through the fender just in fron of the front tire. Thatd be sweet!!

The way i went was a 347 H/C/I nodoubt and a NX gemini nitrous system with purge mini progressor the entirety of the nitrous kit was 1800$ with all the goodies its setup for a 2stg 300hp per capability so a total of 600hp whenever i want it.... but be reasonable with my stock block all it gets is a 200shot on a 4sec ramp amkes for a quick pass at the track! once i`m done with my 351w stroker it will get the full 600 on 2 consecutive ramps I plan on breaking the 900hp mark on a DD street car!

My total spent on the engine and the nitrous was 6500$ and i have a DD that breaks into the 6`s 8th mile anytime, i run a AODE tranny with 3.55s at that.

My goal for the big smallblock is to drive in and run into the 5`s!

No matter the option just do the homework and get the setup right and you will be more than pleased.

My buddy i built a 347 for decided to go with a supercharger i tried to get him to convert the whole time we were doing the build LOL, now wishes he had!

The car is badass but he chews thru trannys like nothing his boost comes in at 3000 rpm and hits 10lbs at 4000 he hasnt made a complete pass or made it to the track for that matter, he has broken 3 t-5s and 2 c4s and just hit it from a 2nd gear roll, idk what the car is making but its enough to break ****!!
