in ireland there's no guns (apart from what the ex IRA might be running around with). Some hunters. the normal police (garda) doesn't carry them either. money transports are guarded by army. so i wouldn't really know where to shop for it. In germany I was in the army and of course there was more than enough ballistol and you could get it in any hardware store. no idea what the story is in the netherlands.
well ya, you can get whatever you look for if you look in the right place of course

If I asked for it the polite (polizei) might come round, they are armed here much to my chagrin. Prostitutes and drugs are ok but gun oil.................
