Improving 0-60
Go with the 4.10's. You won't regret it at all. I have had no problems at all with them. The only reason that I would go with 3.73's is if you had or were getting a supercharger soon and ran it in the 1/4. Then you would run out of gear. It sounds like you are more like me though and just like the acceleration. For that 4.10's are the way to go.
O and I'm a little biased, but I love my Bassani setup. It is loud, but with the stock H it had a real mellow tone. It was my X that made it loud. With another kind of midpipe, it may be a little gentler on the ears.

ive heard a couple talking about nearly using use of first gear during hard acceleration though? i like first gear, and im not suer how long it would take me to learn how to keep it under control,
once again, i dont want ot completely abuse my car too bad
and how much more power woudl i feel from 4.10's than i would from3.73s?
like ive said, im not a real big fan of driving at interstate speeds on county roads and the such, so whatever e'll get me to about 60 fast!
