Rench,
Congrats on those runs!! Very consistent too! As of now, the trip to E-Town is on for the 10th of May and you should definitely try to make it, it should be a lot of fun! If anyone else wants to come to the track, here is their website again http://www.etownraceway.com
The more Mustangs we have there the better!

Ha, that's two days before my birthday. I wonder what they're having? I think I have a little newspaper type thing from them, from the last time we go, explaining events and such. Though I'm not much for the events, I'd rather be going there to actually drive.
June 9th and the 10th is when they're having the Hot Rod Power Tour (http://hotrod.com/powertour/)
Here are some pics from last year:

Yeah, maybe if my Mustang didn't look so stock I would want to show it off. lol. Plus like I said, I'd rather go and race, as opposed to sitting around and looking at cars. (I didn't have that much fun at the Auto show, but had tons of fun driving around with you guys.)
To add to this on going debate....
I recently got my tuner back from Brent who programmed it for the off road H-pipe on my car. The tune made a noticeable difference. From the dead stop, the car is much more responsive and a bit quicker off the line. (93 octane tune)

Congrats Red. I was going to go to the track this wednesday but I'm lacking the proper funds, because I always want to buy a new helmet and such, so I guess I might go on the 10th with everyone else. Haven't decided.
I ordered mine today from Fred. Now I have a full tank of regular to burn off. I want to try it with the 93 right off the bat. Not regular and then 93. I only drive it for fun. Not for work.

Just some info for ALL you guys...
No matter what tuner you go with - there are a couple things you should consider...
1. Do NOT try to compare tuners based on other peoples ET's. If you personally run all the various tunes in your car and can compare, great - but don't worry about ET's cause there are too many variables. 2 guys with the exact same tune can run 1-2 seconds different ET's just based on driver performance alone, now factor in the dozens of other variables and it's impossible to get any real comparisons. Like it or not, if you are using other cars for statistics, RWHP with equal mods is the ONLY way you can make fair comparisons.
2. SCT and Diablo all do the EXACT SAME THING. They are simply hand held tuners and are nothing more than a delivery device for your tune. The TUNE is the only thing that matters so don't go scrapping your tuner because you heard of someone making better numbers with a diablo or visa versa. The tuner who is programming the tune will usually have a comfort level and knowledge base and will prefer to work with a particular one way or the other.
3. You shouldn't worry about 'custom tunes' unless you plan on getting serious with your car. The main reason for a 'custom tune' is because you want to add timing and push the envelope of performance to get the absolute most you can. This is great, but remember that when you push the envelope, you also highly increase your chances of hurting your car. If you are looking for reliable performance in a daily driver than I could not think of a single reason why you wouldn't want a tried and proven canned tune for your vehicle. Many of you don't have access or certainly don't have the desire to run $7-$10 a gallon gas in your car and when you push the envelope with custom tunes, these are some of the elements that come into play. Detonation is the name of the game and staying away from it is how you play.
Personally, I like Diablo and can say with a little confidence that most of the fastest stangs in the country are running on tunes utilizing the Diablo. Many top builders have actually switched from sct to diablo when it came time for a magazine feature and serious numbers needed to be put down. I also think that MAF.i.a. is still the absolute best a/f device on the market hands down cause no one has made one that's better than our stock yet for communication purposes to the computer and tweaking that system versus using a new one has proven to be the best method for everyone. Having said that, the SCT works just fine and can do everything the Diablo can do and visa versa. Before you buy one, ask the tuner who is supplying the tune and get the one he likes - it's just that simple. If you already have one, then find a good tuner who likes it - easy peasy...

I installed my C&L intake and tune from Evolution this evening. Install went smooth and the tune uploaded without a hitch. I took it for a test drive and felt an noticeable improvement from my Diablo tune. Personally I don't think there's a huge improvement on the top end, but it did make a significant difference during routine driving. The car seemed more responsive to small throttle inputs and 1/4 - 1/2 pedal acceleration was better.
I will be attending the Brenspeed Dyno Day this saturday, so I will post my dyno results when I get back.
